UK Domestic Shipping

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Delivery - Estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery - Estimated to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery - Estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr Delivery - Estimated to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Estimated to arrive next working day after dispatch. (Tracked & Signed)

Please note that if your order has not arrived within the estimated times, they may still be in transit. No claim for loss can be made with Royal Mail for Standard Delivery until 10 working days has elapsed. If you have any questions regarding delivery options please contact us

International Shipping

International Tracked Europe - Royal Mail Estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

International Tracked Worldwide - Royal Mail Estimated to arrive within 5-7 working days of dispatch.

Please note that your order may be held at customs for inspection, which may cause delays in delivery. The Card Addicts cannot assist with customs clearance. We are not responsible for any customs charges, tax or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of any charges, tax or duties, due to an incorrect address, or any other reason, any charges incurred by The Card Addicts in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.

Returns

Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt of the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.

To qualify for a full refund for unwanted goods (this does not include the original shipping costs) please make sure of the following:

·         All products including single cards must be returned in the same condition as received.

·         All sealed product must be in original packaging, unopened and undamaged (we cannot accept opened items).

Pokemon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.

Please note: Any return shipping costs for unwanted items will be paid by the customer and original shipping costs incurred by The Card Addicts will not be refunded.

If you are returning faulty or damaged goods, please ensure you write the reason on the returns form in the “Additional Notes” box. We also need to receive the goods back before any refunds can be given. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items to us. We are not responsible for any items lost in the post.

 

Cancellations/ Amendments

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us before the goods have been dispatched. Any amendments made to an order may result in slight delays. Once the goods have been dispatched, we cannot make any amendments to an order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we will require the goods to be returned and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please see above for the returns procedure.
